Today, Sunday, 8th June 2025, to commemorate Eid celebration, the Management of NDPHC, led by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Jennifer Adighije commissioned the brand new 1x7.5 MVA 33kV/11kV distribution injection substation at Borno State University, benefiting the vulnerable in Borno communities.

The Chairman of NDPHC, His Excellency Vice President Kashim Shettima & the Executive Governor Prof. Babagana Zulum (FNSE), graciously unveiled the asset, which is set to deliver quality & uninterrupted electricity to Borno and environs in line with President Bola Tinubu's renewed hope Power sector reform agenda, which seeks to attain universal access to electricity spearheaded by NDPHC.
