Engr. Jennifer Adighije Formally takes over as the MD/CEO of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company

Today marks a significant milestone as we bid farewell to our former MD/CEO, Chiedu Ugbo and warmly welcome our new Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Jennifer Adighije and the newly appointed Executive Directors.

NDPHC is incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act as a private limited liability company with shareholding fully subscribed to by the Federal, state and Local Governments with a mandate to manage the power projects tagged 'National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP)'.
