NDPHC BOSS VISITS THE MINISTER OF STATE PETROLEUM, TIMIPRE SYLVA, SEEKS SUPPORT ON GAS SUPPLY
The top management team of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company Limited (NDPHC) paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Minister of State (Petroleum Recourses), Chief Timipre Sylva. The Minister is a member of the board of NDPHC. The NDPHC team was led by MD/CEO of NDPHC, Mr. Chiedu Ugbo.
Other members of the team are Mr. Babayo Shehu, Executive Director (Finance & Administration), Mr. Mahmud Mohammed (Company’s Secretary), Mr. Yakubu Lawal, General Manager, (Communication & Public Relations), Mr. Stephen Ogaji (Head, Gas & Fuel), Mr. Sinclair Anih (Technical Assistance to the MD/CEO), Mr. Ekene Mordi (PA to the MD/CEO), and Mr. Raphael Okeh ( Communication & Public Relations).
Ugbo briefed the Hon. Minister on the activities of the company and achievements in power infrastructure development across the country.
He also sought the support of the Hon. Minister in gas supply to meet the gas requirement of NDPHC power plants in the country.
According to him, adequate gas supply to its power plants will not only boost sustainable power supply, but will also enhance economic activities in the country.
