Today, the management of Niger Delta Power Holding Company visited Alaoji power plant in the company of the House of Reps Committee on Power led by the Chairman - Rt Hon. Victor Nwokolo.

It was a productive engagement as we provided all the necessary information on the ongoing project for the conversion of the plant from Open cycle to Combined cycle, as they were on ground to carry out an on-the-spot assessment on the status of the plant and the progress being made by the EPC on site.

The M.D/C.E.O also seized the moment to reaffirm commitment to completing the project on schedule by providing the necessary support to the EPC contractor that will ensure no further slippage occurs in future.

The House of Reps members satisfied with the updates provided passed a vote of confidence on the Management of NDPHC while emphasising the need for the EPC Contractor to provide daily updates on project activities to the Management.
