The MD/CEO of NDPHC; Engr. Jennifer Adighije accompanied by some senior Management staff of NDPHC paid a courtesy visit to Phoenix Steel Ltd. in Ogijo, Ogun State today, 7th February 2025 to further cement the relationship between Phoenix and NDPHC.
Phoenix Ltd is one of the leading off-takers to NDPHC, licensed as Eligible Customers (EC). They commenced the purchase of electricity from NDPHC’s Ogorode Generation Company in June 2024.
The EC has enjoyed reliable Power supply from NDPHC and has been prompt in their reciprocal obligations. Also, Phoenix is considering increasing their offtake from 6MW to 20MW to accommodate their expansion plans and the MD/CEO of NDPHC has assured Phoenix of commitment to dedicating stranded capacity to meet their needs in line with Mr President’s renewed hope agenda of accelerating energy security for underserved industries.
Present at the meeting for Phoenix Ltd are the MD; Dr. L. S. Singh, the Director Commercial; Mr. Alok Jain, the Head Electrical; Mr. Suraj and AGM, Communication; Mr. Anthony Emmanuel.
It was a successful meeting as both companies were able to agree on how to forge ahead for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
