Today, Sunday, 8th June 2025, to commemorate Eid celebration, the Management of NDPHC, led by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Jennifer Adighije, commissioned the brand new 1x7.5 MVA 33kV/11kV distribution injection substation at Borno State University, benefiting the vulnerable in Borno communities.

The Chairman of NDPHC, His Excellency Vice President Kashim Shettima and the Executive Governor Prof. Babagana Zulum (FNSE), graciously unveiled the asset, which is set to deliver quality & uninterrupted electricity to Borno and environs in line with President Bola Tinubu's renewed hope Power sector reform agenda, which seeks to attain universal access to electricity spearheaded by NDPHC.
