Today at the NDPHC Headquarters, the Managing Director/CEO, Engr Jennifer Adighije FNSE, FCIML, FNIEEE, alongside the Executive Directors, officially declared open the 2025 Customer Service Week with the global theme: “Mission: Possible.”

The week is set aside to recognize the importance of customer service to the organisation’s existence and overall success.

In her opening remarks, Engr. Adighije emphasized that excellent customer service is not just an act but a culture that drives performance, builds trust, and strengthens NDPHC’s bond with stakeholders.

She reaffirmed that under the current management, NDPHC is redefining its operations through a customer-centric approach to business development — a strategy already yielding tangible results through the Eligible Customer Program, which is increasing commercial offtake across NDPHC’s power plants nationwide.

Joining the Managing Director at the opening ceremony were:

- Omololu Agoro, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts)



- Engr. Bello Babayo Bello (FNSE), Executive Director (Networks)

Also present were top management staff and employees across various departments who turned out enthusiastically to celebrate the importance of service excellence.

The week-long celebration will feature a series of engaging activities designed to promote team spirit, innovation, appreciation, and staff recognition, reaffirming NDPHC’s commitment to excellence in service delivery.
